AcroYoga is a beautiful blend of yoga and acrobatics.
In this workshop we rediscover the joy of playing through connection, touch and trust.
You can expect a yoga warmup, partner stretches/counter balances, acrobatic flying and therapeutic flying.
No experience is required, the workshop is open to beginners. All levels and all ages.
