Join Robin for a signature bewitching flow class dancing to "hypno" by legendary flow music artist Povdal Capella. Robin will take a focus on smooth, ethereal & sensual movement, seamless transitions, polished with pirouettes, glides, twirls and footwork: we will be learning several transition flows to warmup, followed by a short choreography. The entire class is taught in heels (including warm up).
Kneepads and water are recommended.
This class is suitable for Intermediate levels and above (i.e. at least half a year’s experience in heels), with variations taught for each level.
