You receive customized teaching, tailored expert advice, modifications and maybe homework assignments that can refine and move your practice to a new level, deepen your body/mind connection and relieve stress.
Whether you are a beginner, an advanced student or in the process of working through an injury a private yoga lesson can be a beneficial experience and poweful tool. Plenty of time for questions.
